Mr. Leschert has over 25 years experience representing Canadian and international publicly traded mining companies as well as other legal clients. He has handled numerous public listings, joint ventures, financings, corporate takeovers, mergers and acquisitions in Canada, the US, South America and elsewhere. He has also pioneered a number of unique and highly successful public company financing and transaction structures. He is a senior member of the Securities Bar in Vancouver, British Columbia and was associated with several top corporate law firms in Vancouver before establishing his own boutique securities firm in 1991.

Position: President & Director
Mr. Fraser has been a practicing professional and management consultant in all phases of the mining industry for over 45 years. He holds degrees from Queens, (B.Sc., Geological Engineering), Harvard (MA, Economic Geology) and Osgoode Hall (LL.B.). His practice has included ferrous, non-ferrous, and precious metals, industrial minerals, energy and oil and gas, in exploration, development, production and marketing, Human Resources Management and extensive practice in international mining law. In addition, over the past 20 years, he has been a director, senior officer and member of audit, technical and compensation committees for a number of active exploration and production TSX Venture Exchange public companies and is fully financially literate.

Position: Chief Executive Officer & Director
Mr. Dow has over 3 decades of experience consulting to and raising funds for private and public corporations. From 1976 to 1988 he held various positions, including in senior executive management , within the brokerage industry in Calgary. In 1988 he started his first public company and since then he has been a director and/or officer of 12 public and 2 private companies. Currently, he serves as an officer and director in Diamond International Exploration Inc. and Galahad Metals Inc.

Position: Director
C. Stewart Wallis, P. Geo. Received his B. Sc. In Geology from McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario. He is currently a member of the Associations of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists in both British Columbia and Saskatchewan as well as numerous other professional affiliations. He began his career with Cominco Ltd. exploring for base and precious metals throughout eastern Canada, uranium in the Elliot Lake District of Ontario and the NWT. Mr. Wallis was General Manager of the Vancouver offices of Roscoe Postle Associates Inc., from 2003 to 2006, during which time he carried out due diligence on numerous uranium properties located in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Namibia, Finland and the western US.

Sabino Di Paola, CA, graduated from Concordia University with a diploma in accountancy in 2004. He spent six years as an auditor in private practice with PricewaterhouseCoopers and BDO Dunwoody serving as a professional accountant. His experience in various industries and serving private, public as well as not for profit clients has given him a wide range of professional experience. He is also the Chief Financial Officer of Galahad Metals Inc.
Mr. Di Paola is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Ordre des Comptables Agréés du Québec as well as Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.

Position: VP Exploration
Mr. Craigie has over 30 years experience as a mineral exploration geologist. His career began in 1970, working on gold, base metal, and uranium projects in central and northern Canada. From 1978 until 1984, he managed the eastern Canadian exploration office of BP Minerals and from 1984 until 1992 he was in charge of diamond exploration for the Selection Trust Division of BP Resources. Since 1992, he has consulted extensively for diamond explorers in Canada, USA, Africa and Asia. He is also a director of several private companies involved in the exploration for uranium and precious metals.

Position: Corporate Secretary
Ms. Purdy has extensive hands-on experience as a securities para-legal, and has worked closely with a number of TSX Venture issuers maintaining corporate records, documenting financings, organizing annual shareholders' meetings and dealing with other corporate governance requirements. She deals with the continuous disclosure needs of Venture Exchange and OTCBB companies, including drafting documents, updating policy requirements and filing documentation on SEDAR, SEDI and EDGAR to maintain jurisdictional compliance for Issuers and their Insiders.
